The problem
Businesses need fast answers for customers and teams, but generic chatbots are difficult to control, update, and ground in approved information.
What I built
I built a guided agent platform where owners can upload knowledge, define scope and rules, publish a hosted experience or website widget, and learn from real questions through analytics and knowledge-gap workflows.

How the system works
Grounded by design
Owner-approved knowledge, a defined purpose, topic limits, uncertainty behavior, and human handoff reduce unsupported answers.
Built as a product
Authentication, billing, trials, dashboards, email, account controls, and public distribution work as one connected system.
Operational depth
Regression tests, database migrations, verification scripts, rate limits, access rules, and deployment checks support production releases.
