Overview
PCMS demonstrates how I translate a specialist business workflow into maintainable software—across documents, local data, permissions, integrations, installation, and ongoing updates.
The problem
Operational information was distributed across manual documents, inboxes, reports, verification steps, and repeated administrative processes.
What I built
I developed a role-aware desktop suite that centralizes core records and generates consistent operational documents while keeping sensitive business data local by default.

How the system works
A complete operational surface
Invoices, certificates, reports, calendars, permissions, travel drafts, verification, and settings live in one coherent application.
Human-reviewed intelligence
Email analysis can remain local or use an approved AI option. Suggested replies stay editable and can only become Outlook drafts—never automatic sends.
Release safety
Verified backups, database migrations, versioned installers, hash-checked downloads, and rollback-aware updates protect long-lived client data.
