Local businesses need more useful customer feedback, but review flows can become manipulative when low ratings are hidden or diverted.
What I built
I designed one honest flow: capture optional private feedback, then give every customer—regardless of rating—the same optional Google continuation.

Tagged entry paths distinguish link, QR, preview, location, and future card visits without claiming that a continuation became a public review.
